Hello, my name is David Turnipseed. I am Owner and General Manager of Aluminum Extrusion MarketPlace, LLC and a 3rd generation family member in the aluminum extrusion industry. With experience over the past 30+ years in all areas of casting, extrusion and finishing, (paint, powder and anodizing) and other related areas. My experience includes: preventative maintenance, maintenance procedures, project management of new equipment installations and refurbish and upgrades of existing equipment, department manager for maintenance of the extrusion plant and Sr. Project Manager for small and large projects including production of specification and bid packages, control systems, layout expansion and capital equipment justifications, total project management, process improvement and wast reduction as well as OEM of extrusion and finishing equipment. I have been active for the last 12 yers in sales and design of equipment for handling, heat treatments and finishing of aluminum extrusion profiles. As a member of the AEC and ET, I have authored maintenance procedures on various equipment and other materials as well as been involved with workshops, webinars and committees and AEC networking and social activities.
